Remote Access

GoFigure uses a variety of accounting software packages. Each package is setup to the specific needs of our customers. Each customer is setup with a login for entry to our servers through a secure VPN (virtual private network). Depending on user access privilege the entire package may be viewed or just specific areas of the software such as inquiry screens. This allows our customers to use the software just like they were in our office if needed.

GoFigure also utilizes its web site to post news and reports. The web site is accessed through a secure login.

 

GoFigure also licenses Microsoft's Business Portal to provide real time reporting to its clients.  This portal is accessed directly through your browser and displays a wide variety of reports which can change from one user to another.  This portal is especially critical to companies with outside sales consultants so they can access information while on the road.
